Why are athletes at risk for musculoskeletal disorders?
Being the best at your sport demands that you repeatedly execute particular motions during training, which increases your risk for musculoskeletal disorders. During practice, the force from repetitive stress accumulates in our connective tissues, and commonly causes musculoskeletal disorders in athletes instigated by "overuse injuries." If these injuries are left untreated, they will continue to worsen over time, and could eventually prevent you from enjoying sports or staying fit. However, these types of injuries are easy to prevent with the CTExerciser. Incorporating the CTExerciser into your workout can decrease your risk of suffering from an overuse injury by releasing the accumulation of strain in your connective tissues. Avoid the risk of musculoskeletal disorder, and add the CTExerciser to your exercise routine today!
What kinds of repetitive stress injuries that are common in athletes can be prevented or treated with the CTExerciser?
It is not surprising that the number one sports injuries for athletes are sprains and strains of the wrist since most sports require that you use your hands to play. If you incur an injury, you will need to exercise your wrist after it heals in order to restore your wrist to playing condition. The CTExerciser can mobilize your wrist after the damage has healed, and with regular use, it can prevent future injuries and disorders. Injuries and Disorders Common in the Upper Extremities:
