ACS Services, Inc. is a family and friends, owned and operated company founded in 1999. Stephen C. Drilling, President/CEO, has been friends with Caryl Washburn MA, OTR, inventor of CTExerciser and CTFlexer, since 1993 when she treated him for hand dysfunction. Together, they decided that in order to address the growing incidence of Cumulative Trauma Dysfunction (CTD) or Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI’s), ACS Services, Inc. needed to be formed.
